Japanese Miso Flavor Mozzarella Recipe

Miso flavor Mozzarella
Ingredients:
mozzarella (small ) 20 balls
white Miso 100g
sake 1 soup spoon

procedures for making :

Mix the miso and sake, then mix in the mozzarella balls.
*You may serve immediately after mixing, but it will
taste better if marinated overnight in the refrigerator.
**It is also delicious, if you put them on bread slices and
toast them in the oven until melted.
