Japanese Pasta Food With Miso Flavor Sauce

Pasta with Miso flavor sauce
Ingredients: Pasta 100g shinshu Miso 35g
Olive oil 1 soup spoon Sake 3 soup spoons
Garlic(minced) 1/2 clove boiling water 90ml
Mushrooms(sliced) 100g Chives(chopped)
Black pepper
1) Start boiling the pasta in a salted boiling water. Set the timer = Instructed
cooking time minus 1minute 30seconds. (Ex.: pasta for 9 minute boil only
7min.30sec.)
2) Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan until aromatic and golden. Add
mushrooms and saute for few minutes, sprinkle with pepper.
3) Add Miso, Sake, and boiling water. Melt the Miso into a smooth sauce.
4) Drain the cooked pasta(see 1.above), mix into the Miso sauce. Continue
mixing over heat; when it becomes “al dente” , sprinkle chives and serve
immediately.
