
Total preparation time required: 15 minutes
PAM Cooking Spray Original
1.5 lb (600 g) fresh beef strips
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh chili sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) VH Soya Sauce
3 / 4 bottles of Ginger Orange Sauce Stir-fry or to taste
250 ml of red pepper, sliced into thin sections thin
250 ml of frozen soy beans, cleaned and melted
In a heated saute pan over medium-high heat. Then Add the beef to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Add beauty and fresh chilli
Add the soy sauce and fresh chilli sauce, continue cooking until browned and glazed beef with soy sauce for + – 5 minutes. Lift the meat from the pan and set aside. Then add the peppers and beans to the pan. Stir-fry for four minutes on the fire hot enough, and input return beef to the pan along with the sauce, then simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve with rice in warm conditions.
